Continuous ribbon bonding is a manufacturing process that involves applying hot-melt glue to ribbon in a continuous, uninterrupted process. This method makes it possible to produce self-adhesive ribbon.

Continuous or partial adhesion, depending on your needs!
Continuous ribbon adhesion is a manufacturing process that involves applying a hot-melt glue to a textile ribbon. The glue is applied directly to the ribbon by a system of nozzles, allowing to regulate the desired final “tack”, i.e. the strength of the adhesive between the tape and its support.
Partial adhesive application is a manufacturing process in which adhesive is applied to only part of a ribbon, rather than the entire surface. This technique is used to create precise adhesive areas on a ribbon, leaving other areas without adhesive. This method is particularly useful for the making of bag handles or closure of boxes.
